Return  & Exchange Policy

Returns can easily be made in store or if you have received a damaged or defective item, please call us at 318-352-6624 or email us at info@brickandrowmerci.com.  We will take care of any issue right away. All Damaged/ Defective items must be noted to us within 3 business days of receiving your item. 

We offer refunds to the original payment method, exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, or within 7 days of your online order being delivered.  Shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.  Please contact us at info@brickandrowmerci.com to start the return process.

Jewelry, Bath and Body Products, Seasonal Items and Food Items are FINAL SALE items.  

Regretfully, we cannot provide a refund or exchange for any monogrammed, personalized or special order items.
